What's wrong with this picture?

I think it's in my best interest to narrow this down to multiple choice:

A. there aren't enough cranes

B. there aren't enough freighters

C. it's just a crummy photograph

D. there is a cruise ship in Vancouver in January

E. all of the above

Obviously all are correct answers, but if you chose D give yourself a pat on the back.

The ship is almost certainly going to be Owe-lympic accommodation for, workers? visitors? the army? the secret police? the Jamaican bobsled team? Zamboni drivers? Who knows?

Tymac

The Tymac tugs seem to have less to do while the cruise ships are off sailing warmer waters.

Flashback

I took this last January or February. I recall it being quite nippy.
