I remember when the main post office first opened back in '58.
Our Dad worked there and we got to go to the 'open house'.
Even though I worked for the post office for 14 years, until 1989, I was almost never in the main post office.
The future of the building is very much up in the air.
It's been sold and so far there is no indication what the future use might be.

My husband worked at the post office as well. Hope they do something great with the building.
