This boat is very cute and when I look at it I am reminded of "Little Toot" the tugboat in a children's story by Hardie Gramatky. I have read this story many times to my son when he was a toddler and I remember this story from my own childhood as it was one of my brother's favorites.
Cute little boat and cat, too. I should really photograph some riverboats here, the small, personal ones. Some are miniature versions of the one you show here!

We have friends who turned a tug into a pleasure boat, looked a lot like that.

I'm partial to cats, but yes this is a cute boat. Looks like it was a beautiful day for a stroll on the dock.
