Thinly veiled excuse

I had planned a different post for today but happenstance created this opportunity.

Yesterday I bragged up the great job of lawn care by Vancouver Parks and Recreation. While out and about I saw an employee working on this playing field. The lawn isn't being mowed it's being aerated. I haven't seen any evidence of chemicals being applied to park lawns.

Yeah, yeah, who cares about lawns. Check out that tractor!

Our fields were aerated recently. I could use that tractor here!

Always love a good tractor. It was the first type of vehicle my grandfather let me steer, and that was a John Deere as well.

And I knew the tractor was the REAL reason for the photo the moment I saw it.

Yes, tractors are all well and good until someone drags you to see a Tractor Pull.

(I grew up in Texas. And I had a LOT of bad dates.)

W,
Wishes do come true. I resized my photo last night and it ended up , well just wrong! It's better now but I had to get up way too early to fix it. I need coffee!
