Ouch!

It isn't as bad as having a house fall on you I suppose. But it still looks painful. Note the N.

Virginia and I, perfect planners that we are, had our costumes picked out weeks ago.

What's the N for? It gets cropped out in the photo on the blog itself - you can only see it if you click to get the original photo. I see Virginia got the profile photo. We're probably all about the same age. I loved Rocky and Bullwinkle, Boris Badonoff (what a pun) and Natasha, Mr. Peabody, the whole crew.

Love the Boris & Natasha going on here....oh what great memories of the Rocky & Bullwinkle cartoons! Also...thanks for the explanation of the meaning of the N...I saw and noted it but my brain just couldn't quite get it. Of course, she's the wicked witch of the North...it's all clear now! The entire photo shows up fine on my screen....didn't have to click on the photo for another view.

I'm amazed at how the American styled Halloween celebrations have swept over the UK over the past decade.
I wonder how many US pumpkins are exported to this island these days?

I have a small Halloween slide show to share.
