When I don't feel like cooking I sometimes pick up something from the Bhai Sweet Shop and Restaurant near my apartment. This year Diwali is celebrated today. The sweets are a popular part of the celebration. So much so that BSSR takes over the sit down part of the store to spread out an overflow of sweets.
Those who have tried them will know that sweets doesn't adequately describe these confections. The few I've tried were too sweet for me.
