Churches, as a rule, are pretty accessible to the public but I don't make a habit of going in.
Even though I enjoy the architecture I feel like an intruder.
One quiet morning in San Francisco I wandered into Grace Cathedral up on Nob Hill.
It turned out to be a good time to visit, Ribbons, an art installation by Anne Patterson, was in place.
