Looks to me they want one right away instead placing an ad in the newspaper. Also noticed they just want females to apply only.
not sure my wife would agree but I think help wanted ads are always good ... most likely an oversight and then mean waitress in a gender neutral manner (smile)
Our language contains many sexist and racist traditions to which we need to pay attention. Sign would have been better saying, "Server wanted."
