At some point, part way up this tower, the Shangi-la ceases to be an expensive hotel and becomes an expensive condo.
The more expensive the condos the more likely the view could be obscured by clouds.

Love this shot Wayne!!! I've taken and seen many like this with blue skies...but never with the clouds!!! Unique capture!!!

thats why i like skyscrapers... they sometimes disappear...
