Meandering In Lotus Land: Digger

There were big plans for this area, a large parcel of vacant land by the train station.

It was to be a hi-tech industrial park.

The economy quashed those plans and it's unlikely they'll be revived.

Meanwhile, we wait for the next bright idea.
