They aren't on foot here, either, although for awhile we had them on horses, then Segways, in the downtown area. No more. Don't know what happened! Probably a budget issue.
haha, funny. nice photo! but you know... in malls they are often on those ridiculous segway-thingies... or are those mallcops not real cops? anyways they look less real on such a thing...
