This is the new, weeks old, seaplane base in Coal Harbour.
The largest seaplane company is resisting re-locating in a dispute over user fees.
They continue to operate out of trailers and a temporary dock instead of the nice waiting rooms and modern floats at the new terminal.
Staying put also stalls the opening of a section of the seawall that has been blocked for years.
I suspect if they don't move voluntarily they'll be forced to move PDQ.
