A Big Dud

A couple of days ago the weather forecast was big news.
We were predicted to get high, 100 km/hr, winds.
I went all the way down to English Bay to see the waves crashing over the seawall, etc. etc.
I should have stayed home, nothing happened.

Recently we sent our weatherman Michael Kuss from City TV Toronto to broadcast the weather on CTV British Columbia. He was very accurate here. Has he lost his touch? At least you did manage to one photo for posting.

Where do they buy their weather forecasts from?

Awww, don't you hate it when what you think is going to be a great p hoto shoot just bombs? Happens here a lot as you can imagine. BTW, I"m off to the Barber Motosports Museum tomorrow to shoot a vintage Lotus for a reader in the UK. Now that place never disappoints. You'd love it W!

In SoCal we frequently have "Doppler Storm Watch" forecasts that fizzle out to nothing...nothing except glorious sunshine!!! (Which I've found, shines much brighter and clearer up here in the mountains without all that haze and smog down south!!!)
