All You Can Eat ...

… and don't need to eat.

Vancouver is smack dab in the middle of the annual Alaska Cruise season. I forget which ship this was.

It doesn't matter, you've seen one you've seen 'em all.

Wayne, I don't think that I have ever seeen one of these large ships up close. It's a floating metropolis! I love to travel but have never been on a cruise -- I might be talked into it but just does not sound appealing.

Great shot with the flags and levels.

Midnight buffets, breakfast buffets, brunch buffets... when you're home you LOOK like the ship.

Been there, done that!!!

Actually Genie, the Alaska cruise is probably one of the best to go on. Fabulous scenery the whole way including whales breaching, short stops in interesting ports, but just enough time, and on occasion, a fabulous excursion or two...we saw whale pods bubble feeding on one!!!

Cruising is not my favorite mode of travel, but there are advantages...not having to schlepp luggage around being the top advantage!!! We just got back from a fabulous cruise in the Mediterranean...visited places I'd not ever had on my list to visit and absolutely loved it...with thoughts of return trips for extended periods of time!!! Who knew Turkey would be so absolutely fabulous???

Just got back from Norway and in the port of Stavanger there were two of these enormous ships lying in the harbour. They were HUGE!!!!
