Granville Mall at Pacific Centre is all decked out in ....... something.
When I first saw him, I figured the guy with the cart, hardhat and safety vest for a homeless person. But he could be a busker.
All these whatnots are pulling in crowds of curious Olympic fun-seekers.

I thought it was a homeless person too. And the "whatnots" look like cans or I don't know what. Didn't you go look W? We need to know.

PS In my humble opinion, it looks junky, but I guess no one asked me!
