A Cop On Every Corner

A recent pre-Olympics article in the Guardian has raised the ire of some local, right-leaning, reporters. I didn't detect any inaccuracies in the article but the reporter made some exaggerations for effect. For example '..... a cop on every corner'

That's actually not true.

They tend to congeal and clump together.

If there were a way to separate them we could have a cop on every corner.
