Mountains and Trees

The top shot was taken in Jasper, Alberta in the Canadian Rockies. The centre shot was taken just outside Jasper

Trees, no mountains, near Sioux Lookout on the Canadian Shield.

There probably ought to be a law against publishing pictures taken from the window of a train. I'll try to limit myself.

I'm away on a train trip. I don't have a lot of images in the photo barrel so posts may be sporadic and of the 'what I did on my winter vacation' variety.

On our road trip through southern India, I took gads of photos from the car...now need to pretty up and post on Flickr.

I think shots from a train are somewhat easier, since the train isn't avoiding oncoming vehicles...oh, those Indian roads.

Very pretty photos - you did well taking them from a train :-)

Shooting from a moving train is a tricky proposition. Fortunately with digital there's no cost other than your train ticket.

Lovely birch tree image, Wayne!
