Skating in Millenium Park
I spend a lot of my time looking up in Chicago.
I'm sort of stranded here. The last Amtrak trains from the west were almost a day late due to severe weather somewhere in the mountains. My train to Portland was cancelled. I managed to book a space on the Jan.13 train but I'll leave sooner if something opens up.
I'm away on a train trip, pictures are likely to be the boring tourist type photos instead of the boring Vancouver type photos.

Not such a bad place to be stranded. Better than East Glacier, Montana. Enjoy yourself. See the sights.
It's a great place to be stranded. I'd stay longer if I could afford it.
I count myself lucky. If I'd been stuck on a train 18 hours longer than planned (without a working dining car) I'd have been a basket case.
