The Naam

In the late 60s, early 70s West 4th Ave. was the Vancouver equivalent of Haight-Ashbury. The Naam has been in the same place all these years. It's a vegetarian restaurant open 24/7. I've only eaten there twice (fairly recently). I can report that:

a) it's very, very busy on weekends at brunchtime.

b) it almost certainly has the slowest service in the northern hemisphere.

I can't really comment on eatery service in the southern hemisphere, I don't get down there much.

So how long does it take to cook vegetables, rare or well???
