Moderne

Here's an argument in favour of walking. This house has been on West 10th Ave. longer than I've been alive. I've driven or ridden by here dozens and dozens of times. But I can't remember ever noticing the place before I walked by it on Saturday. If I noticed it earlier it didn't register.

I love this house! I'd like to sit on that balcony with that cool red railing and enjoy the sunset.

I'm going to join Virg on the balcony. I'll bring the mint juleps. Or, since we're in Vancouver, the hot toddies.
