Infill housing is becoming more common around town. I can think of a few examples that I've seen myself. This new house is located on or about 20th Ave. between Main and Cambie.
The turf was rolled up and sitting at the curb, ready to install.

I love love LOVE that little skinny house.
That's cool, though I'd be scared I wouldn't be able to fit through the skinny front door!
