Go Celts!

The more world-weary viewers of MIL likely assume this is just another one of Vancouver's drug turf wars that they hear so much about.

Or perhaps a remake of Monty Python And The Holy Grail.

Both excellent guesses but it's actually a bunch of grown men playing silly buggers outside the Art Gallery last Saturday. The Celtic Festival is a celebration of quaint Celtic traditions such as plunder, pillage and generally beating the snot out of one another.

All in the name of............I dunno? Fun?

When I saw the title I thought this was going to be a hockey or basketball photo. This is great. I"m with Babzy. I love Monty Python!!! Since when is a Producer/Manager supposed to be "surprised" at what's coming up??? Do I need to look for another job??

I love that film too, and can quote scarily large chunks of it. And I try to convince myself I'm not a nerd, who am I trying to kid? Great photo Wayne! (and thanks for the recent visits) :)
