2 Chairs, No Waiting

This is not in my neighbourhood but I suspect there is a fair bit of waiting on Saturdays.

Barber did you here? I think a different office.

I love these cherry red chairs and I see you were able to catch the word BARBER in the reflection of the mirrors. Very clever W!

A wonderful reminiscent shot. I haven't seen a barbers shop like that in years.

Reminds me, I need a haircut - better get out the clippers.

That is such a cool shot through the window. I just love looking at barber shops. I never went with my dad or brother, so I'm not sure what the attraction is for me except the colors and chrome. Barber shops seem to do a really good business here. I do wish guys would abandon the shaved head thing soon, though. It's a style whose time has gone.

Hey, love your Bob Keeshan avatar. Let's see, Bullwinkle, Alfred E. Newman, Captain Kangaroo, and who else have you had? Fun!

What was that weird barber anticeptic that Virginia had in a pic recently?

This is gorgeous, Wayne.

Karin, do you mean the stripey pole that shows blood oozing out of a bandage? I guess barber's didn't have access to very good marketing firms back in the day.

Laurie, that was Barbicide. A very successful product but another marketing flop if you asked me.

Thanks for all your comments.

Actually, mix that Barbicide with a little vodka and it's not half bad.

You mean, one woman's candy cane is another man's bloody wound? Think I'll go back to the crab.
