Chinatown

Fresh Pork
We regularly hear how Chinatown businesses aren't doing so well.
The number of closed up shops seems to support that idea.
The Chinatown butchers might be the exception,
I'm surprised at how often I catch scenes like this when I'm down there.

That half a hog is just about right for throwing on the grill for about 7 or 8 hours and inviting 50-70 of your closes friends. Even better if you have friends who can bring their band. Let the good times roll. It's summer once again. Sorry to hear about China town, but often the success of residents means they move to the suburbs and an ethnic community suffers from loss of customers and leadership.
