City Centre Motel is a bit of landmark and probably not most people's first choice for accommodation.
Normally you'd see a couple of guys prepping for new paint using pressure washers.
This job looked like a make-work project with more like half a dozen guys scraping and painting.

I for one like this shot very much with the shadows on the wall.
