There's another brand spanking new coffee shop on W. Hastings. 

That makes about four coffee shops on the same block, not counting hipster eateries.

PRADO has been catering to the MacBook crowd on 'the Drive' for years.

Now there's a second location to sit and stare at your device for hours on end.
They call this their 'Gastown' location which is stretching the point a little.
True, you can see Gastown from there, you can also see 'Skid Row' on the sidewalk out front.
