I can't say for sure when I last set foot in a McDonald's, 1995 in Paris I think.
From time to time I notice they give away coffee and they seem to be doing it now.
Various sources tell me the coffee is 'pretty good'.
It's unlikely I'll ever be able to report on it first hand.
