Balmoral

Not to be confused with the castle in Scotland.

Every time I see this sign, and some weeks it's almost daily, I wish someone would do something about it.

If it's not rescued it will disintegrate beyond repair.

The owners of the building are quite notorious, I'm sure they won't take the initiative.
