If we wanted to test the claim I think we'd find the 'entire menu' would cost considerably
more than $5.95.

I don't think the gal wasn't too happy getting her photo taken. Though the red pants matched the red in the sign.
I don't think she was sure of whether or not she was in the shot. She certainly had plenty of of opportunity to move if she was bothered. :-)
