I was quite interested in the progress of the Getty in LA back in the 90s when it was under construction.
Once it was completed the effect of the California sun bouncing off all the light surfaces was a big issue.
I've been up there two or three times.
The reflected sunlight doesn't seem to bother anyone much.

Never been to the Getty. It is on my list of places to visit. Interesting photo.
