That horse is just wondering if you have brought it a treat. Is this a race horse?
It's possible he/she was a race horse but I don't think horses still racing live at Southlands.
I used to live not far from the Southlands. Feels like being in another part of the world when one is down there. Beautiful farm lands and lots of horses.
Guess this one didn't make it to the Kentucky Derby!!!
