Wayne you managed to bring out the beauty that is still left in the old gal.
I can imagine with the right carpenter/construction company, somebody could restore the former beauty of this building inside and out. Great capture.
The owners must be holding out for too much money, or the owners can't be found. Sad to see a building sit empty, especially in a developing area of town.
It's possible the owners don't care. Criminal, I say.
Sad but probably true... I say RENOVATE!!!
