There are two of these 'storybook' or 'hobbit' houses in Vancouver.
The other is for sale and causing bit of stir since it could potentially be demolished.
As far as I know this one is pretty safe.

Not sure how someone my height would fare in one of these "hobbit" houses.
I can't imagine anyone demolishing one of these gems!!! That would be a tragedy!!!
