Fresh Fruit

DSC_6156
These plums are in no danger from me, I don't like plums but I was a bit surprised to see them.
We must be getting into fresh fruit season here on the Lower Mainland.
It doesn't last long, we'll be picking pumpkins soon enough.

I love them. Known as plommon over here.

They wouldn't stay long on the vines if I were around.

Ah those look good, they would not be safe from me!

What's not to like about plums, unless you're wearing a white shirt?

I remember the many u-pick fruit farms east of Seattle. Not so much a little farther north?

Thanks for coming back Kathy. That's above and beyond the call of duty. :-)

We had a plum tree in the yard when I was kid. One summer I got sick on them. I don't eat plums any more. :-)

Thanks for the comments
