Meandering In Lotus Land: The Crossing

Few passengers were out on deck from Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay.

It had something to do with the gusty wind and icy temperature.

It was a smooth enough ride.

A few times most winters, when the weather is bad enough, the ferries don't sail.
