Flyer Filler

_DSC6990
This is just one of those random shots tossed in to keep the blog afloat.
The title comes from the bus maker, New Flyer.
Judging from the leaves on the trees it was taken a while back.
I never claimed to be current.

Nice filler shot Wayne. One of the few vehicles that I never got to drive in my transit career. Trolley bus technology has come a long way since the days when the Toronto Transit Commission used to operate them.

A trolly bus public transportation system is a major advantage for any city. Note the bike carrier on the front. I thought you were just following a theme started yesterday. Fine photo, even if you are rushing the fall season just a bit.

Andy, they've come a long way since I started riding them too. Both these buses are probably 60' 'artics', the best thing ever to happen to buses in Vancouver. Everyone likes them, drivers, passengers. However, 90% of passengers still don't know how to open the rear doors after about 3 years in service. :-)

Thanks for the comments.
