On three Saturdays in summer NYC closes Park Ave. to vehicle traffic from 72nd St. to the Brooklyn Bridge, 5 miles.
People walked, ran, boarded, cycled, ….. unicycled …
This was taken on the elevated section of Park Ave. that runs around Grand Central Terminal.

I'm so THERE. Would love to ride through NYC. I'll be doing just that in Paris soon and can't wait (it's much flatter there than here, for the most part :-).)

For you Kcalpesh. Google Kris Holm and have a look at one of the best uni riders in the world today. Lives in the Vancouver area I believe. Extreme is a good word to describe him.
