Come on down to a good ole bar-b-que served with a side of baked beans (Southern style), cole slaw, and fried dill pickles... not good for a daily diet but not too bad once in awhile!
Cuz we used to just call it carnitas and throw it into burritos here on the west coast before the Food Channel worked its magic blendy on everyone's regional cuisines. ;-) -Kim

I just recently tried fried dill pickles...they were TASTY!!!
