Urban Milling

Here's the deal.
From time to time Parks staff have to cut down trees or the trees blow down.
Staff buck them to somewhat manageable lengths and pile them at a designated spot on Spanish Banks.
Anyone can help themselves.
Pete came down from Penticton to cut planks from this Yew.
The lumber takes up to two years to fully dry.

Driftwood is a story for another day.

Not a bad idea. I'm guessing a few local artist can use some of the trees.
