The Carnival Band lent a hand at a protest against cuts to the Education Budget yesterday.
This guy was skulking around, looking for the Premier perhaps.
Non-BC résidents won't know the story but our Premier was arrested in Hawaii for DWI. Not just a little DWI, he was wasted.
