Slim

I've thought of posting a shot of this house in the past. I hope I didn't already do it.

It's permissible to build on half lots in Vancouver. An average city lot is 33' wide. So if this lot is 16½' wide the house has to be at least a few feet narrower

I believe these are called shotgun houses. I like this one -- looks like something out of Disney.

I'd love to see inside this one. I remember the shotgun houses in New Orleans. You'd walk from one room through a door to another and then another. No hallways. Very cool architectural use of a tiny space.

Trust me, they don't have "shotgun houses" in Canada.
They're all down here in Podunk.

It may be half-a-house but I've seen smaller ones.

Hi Gerald, thanks for stopping by.

You're quite right, this house isn't so small, it's just well designed to require less land to build on.
