I won't get into a long palaver about proroguing and the British Parliamentary system. Suffice it to say, a lot of Canadians are very peeved at the moment.
WEll I guess I'll be forced to look up PROROGUING in the online dictionary. But it sounds to me like you Canadians don't have enough to worry about and have to go "digging". Vive la protest.
Chuck, without doing any research I'm going to guess the background is part of the biennale.
There are 3 panels, each roughly 40' or 50 square on the north side of the art gallery. It looks like tacky wall paper to me but it's very effective here.
Now I'm going to do some research :)
V. These guys aren't so much worried as involved. This was an intelligent, peaceful and fun event.
