Party Like It's 1984

The Downtown Eastside Samba Band, with which I have a loose affiliation, played at the re-opening of the renovated and sanitized Pigeon Park on Tuesday.

There was an enthusiastic crowd in attendance for the official opening.

Glad you clarified that. Thought the guy had been "overserved" and was doing an inpromptu strip tease!
