Sliding Edge


It's Public Art Day.

This installation is incorporated into a condo/retail building on the Coal Harbour section of the seawall. 

The poem inscribed into the waterfall can be read on the plaque below. Earle Birney is a Canadian poet.

I really like this. It's eyecatching and elegant...I'd be interested in seeing how it fits into the wall.

I think I'd do a double take if I see an installation like that. 'What's that guy doing up there? That's dangerous!' Very striking.

I must say that I love the stone wall.

I think it's fantastic having water running on the instalation! I allways like to see that element associated with art.

He looks like he was an over-enthusiastic allegiance-pledger there, poor guy. But I do like the whole effect.
